How does GeraJobs handle my candidate data?
You own your GeraJobs candidate data. Gera Systems Ltd is the data controller and processes it on the basis of your consent, solely to help you find and apply to jobs — it is never sold. Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data at any time, and withdraw consent whenever you like. GeraJobs is a job-search platform, not a recruitment agency, and never charges candidates a fee.
What we collect
Only what you choose to add to your profile: your contact details, professional registration and role, experience, availability, right-to-work status and job preferences. You decide what to include, and you can leave anything out.
Why we process it
Solely to help you find and apply to jobs — showing you matching vacancies and letting you apply faster. The lawful basis is your consent. We do not sell your data, and Gera Systems Ltd is the data controller.
How long we keep it
For as long as your profile is active. If you delete your profile or withdraw consent, we stop processing and remove your data. You can also ask us to erase it sooner at any time.

Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete — you can also edit it yourself.

Because we process your candidate data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, and unsubscribe from emails in one click.

Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your candidate data. Gera Systems Ltd is the data controller and processes your data only to help you find and apply to jobs, on the basis of your consent.
What is the lawful basis for processing my data?
Consent. You choose to create a candidate profile and to receive matching vacancies, and you can withdraw that consent at any time — after which we stop processing and, if you ask, delete your data.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your profile yourself at any time, or email support@gera.services to ask us to erase the data we hold about you. We action erasure requests promptly.
Can I complain if I am unhappy with how my data is used?
