GeraJobs aggregates job postings from verified employer sources. For these pages we take every posting that disclosed a salary range and a currency, parse the annual bounds, drop hourly-rate postings (which can't be honestly mixed into an annual median), then compute the median and 25th/75th percentile per role and currency. Small samples are published with their counts rather than hidden — a median over 8 listings is labelled as such. We do not invent numbers or fill gaps with survey data.
