Complete every section of your GeraJobs profile — headline, skills, work history, education, and a short bio. Upload a PDF CV and add relevant portfolio links. Profiles with a professional photo and at least 5 skills listed receive up to 3x more employer views according to our internal data.

Yes. Go to "Job Alerts" in your dashboard and configure alerts by keyword, location, job type, salary range, or industry. You will receive a daily or instant email/push notification whenever a matching role is posted. You can create up to 10 separate alerts.

Employers go through a verification process that includes business registration document review and domain email confirmation. Verified employers display a "Verified Employer" badge on all their listings, giving candidates confidence that job offers are legitimate.

Employers can post up to 3 jobs per month for free on the Starter plan. The Growth plan (from 29/month) allows unlimited listings with AI-powered candidate ranking. Yes. Employers can mark roles as Remote, Hybrid, or On-site. Job seekers can filter exclusively for remote roles, and can further filter by time-zone compatibility. GeraJobs operates in 50+ countries, so both local and globally distributed teams are fully supported.

Click "Apply Now" on any listing. You can apply with your GeraJobs profile in one click, or attach a custom CV and cover letter. Your application is sent directly to the employer and you can track its status — Submitted, Viewed, Shortlisted, or Rejected — from your Applications dashboard.
