- How many applicants can I expect per post?
- Applicant volume varies by role, location, and plan. Standard posts on the Free plan typically receive 5–15 applications within the first week. Featured posts on paid plans average 20–40 applications in the same window, because they appear at the top of search results and category pages.
- Where do candidates come from?
- GeraJobs aggregates candidates from organic search, AI-powered job discovery (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude), social sharing, and our own mobile apps on iOS and Android. Candidates span 50+ countries, with strong concentrations in Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ghana, Kenya, and the UK.
- Can I screen applicants before reading CVs?
- Yes — on the Unlimited plan you can add custom screening questions to any job post (e.g. right-to-work, availability, specific skills). Applicants answer before submitting, so you see their responses alongside their CV. The Starter plan includes advanced filtering by skills, location, and experience level.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel, downgrade, or upgrade at any time from your employer dashboard. Your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Active job posts remain live until they naturally expire — nothing is deleted on cancellation.
- What is the difference between GeraJobs and Indeed or LinkedIn?

- How does GeraJobs handle GDPR and data for EU companies?
- GeraJobs is GDPR-compliant. Candidate data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement available on request. Personal data is stored in EU-region infrastructure, retained only as long as necessary, and deleted on candidate request. EU employers can request a signed DPA at support@gera.services.
- Can I post a job across multiple locations for a single fee?
- Yes. Each job post supports multiple location tags — you can list a role as "Remote · London · Yerevan" on a single post and it will surface in searches for each location. There is no additional charge per location. Only the number of active posts counts against your plan limit.
