The headline
The highest-paying remote role is Product Manager (US$168,100 median); the lowest is Customer Support Specialist (US$57,500).
Across 12 roles and 1,002 disclosed-pay listings, the gap between the top and bottom role's median pay is roughly US$110,600 a year. Pay is quoted in USD because 90.7% of disclosed-pay remote listings are USD — the single largest remote-jobs supply. We are explicit about that mix below rather than hiding it.
Read this first: what this data is and isn't
This is a remote-role salary dataset, and remote listings with disclosed pay skew heavily towards the US. Of all disclosed-pay listings, 90.7% are in USD; only 12 are in GBP. So the cross-role league table below is genuinely a US remote-pay picture. UK-specific figures exist for a handful of roles but are small-sample — we publish them with their listing counts so you can weigh them honestly, and we do not dress US pay up as UK pay. Treat the UK rows as indicative, not authoritative.

Methodology
GeraJobs aggregates job postings from verified employer sources. For this report we take every posting that disclosed an annual salary range and a currency (1,002 listings across 12 roles), parse the annual bounds, drop hourly-rate postings (which can't be honestly mixed into an annual median), then compute the median and 25th/75th percentile per role and currency. The headline league table uses USD only, because mixing currencies into one ranking would be meaningless. Roles or markets with fewer than 5 disclosed-pay listings are flagged as small samples and never presented as authoritative. No survey data or estimates are mixed in, and no numbers are modelled or imputed. Data as of 2026-06-12.
