My organisation appears in a listing I never posted — how do I take control?
Submit a free claim with your organisation name and a work email at its domain. We email you to confirm you represent it, then you can correct the listing, add a direct apply link, or have it removed. You were not charged for the aggregated listing and nothing was submitted by you.
How long does verification take?
It depends on how quickly you respond to the confirmation email we send to your work address. Supplying a Companies House number, or a CQC provider ID if you are a care provider, lets us confirm the entity faster because we can check it against the relevant public register.
Do I have to pay to claim or be verified?
No. Claiming, correcting, removing a listing, and being marked as a verified recruiter are all free. Paid plans only apply if you separately choose to feature a post or post continuously.
What information do you actually store?
The organisation name, your name, your work email, and any registration identifier you choose to provide — used only to process the claim and confirm you represent the organisation. We do not add you to marketing without your consent.
